[Updated in November 2023] "KDDI File Storage" Request for Password Reset Due to User Password Policy Change
The user password policy for "KDDI File Storage" will be changed for the purpose of enhancing security.We would like to ask our customers to reset their passwords in accordance with the new user password policy.
■Details of the change
The following changes will be made to the password policy (default setting) when "Priority is given to system settings" is selected in the user password policy settings.
・Password length setting
Current: 8 characters or more
After change: 10 characters or more
・Password must meet the required complexity.
Current: No setting
After Change: Setting Required
*Password must contain 3 of the following characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
・Number of password errors before account lock
Current: 100 times
After change: 10 times

Wednesday, December 20, 2023 6:00 (Japan time)

With Microsoft's end of support for Windows 8.1 on January 11, 2023 (Japan time), KDDI File Storage will also end support. We are also ending support for Internet Explorer 11.
