What is the KDDI IoT Cloud Standard?

By connecting over 2,000 types of equipment, such as sensors installed on site and surveillance cameras, the service enables various data collection and analysis. You can select from two types of options: a course that delivers customized, one-way applications that meet customer needs, and a package that can be easily introduced without development.

In addition, important data can be transmitted in KDDI's secure network environment, so there is no need to worry about this. Support is provided for customer operation efficiency, cost reduction, and sales increase by supporting the customization of dedicated screens and output in form form.

Four courses are offered to enable you to realize your unique application, as requested.


Logger Course

This course is suitable for log storage such as analog monitoring and contact monitoring.
The display functions for graphs and maps are also enhanced.

  • * Options apply for all devices registered for each course, and cannot be applied for in units of devices. However, data transfer options only are applied for in units of devices.
  • * Changes to the plan between data retention options can only be applied on the first day of each month.
  • * The applicable data range of the data retention option depends on the application state of the data retention option as of the first day of each month.
  • * Separate communication costs (lump-sum payment, monthly payment) are required when using communication modules. 
  • * These charges and plans are offered in Japan. For use outside of Japan, Provision details and charges, etc., differ depending on the providing region.
